One of the highlights of StREaM is that it is extremely broad and encompasses a variety of different fields focused towards a sustainable future.
As the world and the economy progress, the need for new rules and regulations are also upon us, causing pre-existing companies to adapt and change accordingly to meet the demands for a sustainable future. Employees skilled/experienced in sustainability will not only be able to make way for new types of corporations, but also guide the others into the sustainable path of growth.

Students of StREaM can get into departments such as human resources, manufacturing as well as other major roles within industries.

Due to sustainability being a relatively new concept among the more traditional companies and systems, StREaM students could potentially become researchers in the field, regardless of which exact domain is required, whether it be economics, management or engineering.
So what does StREaM have to offer? The key aspect is that most programs tend to be narrowed down and within the field of a Master's Degree, focusing entirely on one aspect of sustainability. StREaM, however, is an interdisciplinary program designed to accommodate not just German but also international students.
StREaM shines through in this field by giving students a broad view from the start, giving them ample theoretical and practical applications to engineering, economical and ecological fields. This in turn fosters students who are able to adapt and change accordingly as the industry changes with them, allowing them to effectively contribute to the economy, the environment and to society.
